NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS: Please turn off your phone before the class starts. Last week a phone rang during a test, so the teacher stopped the activity for five minutes. You can use your phone in the corridor during the break, but not inside the room. If you need to call your family, talk to the secretary first. Thank you.

A permissão está clara em "You can use your phone in the corridor during the break, but not inside the room". A opção sobre usar dentro da sala é justamente o que o aviso proíbe, pedindo "turn off your phone before the class starts". A opção dos cinco minutos usa um número do texto com sentido errado: esse foi o tempo em que a professora interrompeu a atividade por causa de um celular tocando.
