Só em E os quatro itens marcam tempo: “right now” (agora), “all her life” (ao longo de toda a vida), “at the same moment” (no mesmo instante) e “then” (então, naquele momento). A é a mais tentadora porque começa com três expressões temporais, mas “through” indica travessia ou meio (“através de”), não quando. B e D caem no mesmo ponto: “apparently” é advérbio de avaliação, diz como o falante vê o fato, não o situa no tempo. C traz “all” isolado, que é quantificador, e “after” sozinho, sem complemento, não forma expressão de tempo como as demais.
